About Us

For more than 20 years The Carter Center published The Carter Mondale Letter, a newsletter for those who worked in President Carter's campaigns and administration. Last fall's Special Edition was the grand finale for this effort.

We are grateful to Dianne Bryant and Jay Beck and all the others that worked so hard on the Letter over the years.

With the blessing of the Carter Center, we are excited to launch a new effort—The Carter-Mondale Connection—dedicated to connecting the folks who served, supported and campaigned with Jimmy Carter during the years 1972 through 1981.

Our Mission

To preserve and share the stories, photographs, and memories of the Carter-Mondale era, fostering community among those who were there and educating future generations about this pivotal period in American history.
